They do the advertising, keep the units occupied with well screened tenants, handle all maintenance and repairs, and provide detailed reports from accounting. SDL's staff is always courteous and available to me when I need them. I've had an excellent experience with everyone.

There was a recent death in the family that left us with property in the area and no way to attend to it. We have used property managers in the past and know what to look for in a good one. We found that in SDL and they have done a wonderful job for us.
Thy have done a great job on my rentals, far better than I was doing myself. I was having trouble keeping and finding good renters, SDL does not seem to have that problem at all. Great work!
