Great Management Company. I worked with SDL for a long time and they helped me turn my rental property around. It sat vacant for months under my former management company, and they managed to rent it out during the first week under them. I should have made the switch sooner. As an out of town owner - their hands on day to day attention was greatly appreciated. They were honest and hard working.

I have rented forever and this is the third rental company that I have worked with and they are THE BEST. They are super friendly and willing to work with you. They usually reply to my request within an hour and are always ready to help. Their handy men are nice and trustworthy I just gave them the keys to the house and let them work without me there and have had no issues. If I ever rent a home I will use them as my management company.
