RecommendedThe property we are renting for almost five years is under management by SDL and so far we are being attended professionally whenever we have request especially regarding maintenance issues. The people in their office are professional and respectful too.
The management has been very pleasant to work with. Very responsive and helpful, they make it easy and efficient with their online system, the staff is friendly and attentive.
Dave from SDL is very helpful in accommodating his schedule to tour the house at Calle Katerine. I will highly recommend Dave’s real estate services to our friends and family.
SDL Real Estate is great place to rent or purchase property from. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Andrea was very friendly and eager to assist. She made me feel welcome and made our overall experience a pleasant one.
Would not recommend this company to anyone renting property through them. If you have rented through them, then I would absolutely not do anything above your normal cleaning as they will charge you for "professional cleaning" regardless of how clean you leave the premises. Also, we would get a late notice about the water bill every month before they released the water bill. Left hand didn't seem to know what the right hand was doing.
