Do not ever use this pos company. Whether large or small you will pay thousands of dollars for annual service where you are lied to and screwed around by their "customer service" department. Any support needed is addressed as we are busy we may get to you in the next day or two. Look forward to following our civil lawsuit against SDCR and welcome any similar complaints. Our class action lawsuit is under way
Hire some qualified installers and set-up staff who actually know what they're doing, return phone calls, treat a customer like a customer and follow through with their verbal (and written) commitments and obligations. That'd be a start anyway.

Schizophrenic rationales aside, the most obvious explanation is that the 8 five star reviews were posted by SDCR employees, friends, etc. and the 2 one star reviews were posted by clients.
