Dr. Sha and his staff are very professional and courteous. They are a great resource for not only chiropractic care but also Active Release Therapy (ART), massage, and acupuncture. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my alternative medical care.
I have been seen by the wonderful Dr. Mackay for 20yrs! He is growing and moving into a different path... Dr. Shaw, who is just as wonderful, has easily filled Dr. Mackay’s shoes! The assistants, (Justine & Alicia) are fabulous! Did I mention 20yrs... enough said!
I have degenerative disc disease at a young age along with a prior fracture and injury to my low back. I have had physical therapy and so many other treatments including epidural cortisone injections, and nothing has helped at all except for the treatment I get twice a month by Dr. Shah. He has helped to take away my pain more than all of the other resources combined. Everyone in the office is always friendly and professional and I would recommend it to anyone! I am very grateful to have found this office.
I can't recommend SDARC and Dr. Shaw more. He is amazing and he has incredible staff! If you need a chiropractor come here. I have recommended him to family and friends. I would give more stars if I could.

I am very pleased with my treatments. I was diagnosed with some moderate disc degeneration. I thought it would be all downhill from there. I feel like I have made a lot of progress in the last year. I am at the point where I feel like my condition can be managed with exercise, stretching, and chiropractic care. I am also not dealing with intense pain like I was.
