I'm disappointed in Amanda. I've used her services for almost 2 years, bought her book, and referred her to anyone I knew could benefit from seeing her. I emailed her a cancellation 27 minutes short of 24 hrs and she charged my benefits $100. She mentioned she would charge if she couldn't fill my spot. I was shocked given that I provided 23:33 hrs notice, and I have been a faithful customer - never cancelling.
