The staff is very professional and friendly. They are very good at explaining any procedures and making you feel comfortable.

After finding Scripps Rock Dental - a referral from my daughter, I actually look forward to my appointment!! Going there is like walking into your friend's home. Gentle, relaxed, proficient, professionals. Those are the words of the day.
Once again, despite my over-the-top anxiousness about "going to the dentist," I had an awesome experience! Customer Service is embedded in the walls of the Scripps Rock Dental office! Dr. Wiseman was fabulous...calm, reassuring & incredibly skilled...as was her assistant, Katelyn. (I apologize if both names are incorrectly spelled.)
After suffering from a severe toothache for about a day.. I couldn't handle it anymore on the second day. (Keep in mind that I informed them I had no insurance- and was in the middle of getting insurance together and it wouldn't be active for at least half a month) So I gave them a call and was greeted by a friendly voice, I told her I had no appointment and she told me that I could come on down today.. Everyone there is always friendly and you can feel that they truly care about you and your experience. Not to mention that I, as someone who is terrified of the dentist, love the relaxed atmosphere and the way they will do whatever it takes to make you as comfortable as possible! So, I would highly recommend them to others.
