Dr. Hatch has put together a wonderful practice. I have been coming here for several years and receive great dental care. Everyone is friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend.
Yet another great experience! I HATE going to the dentist, always have always will, but every dentist I've dealt with at Scripps Rock has been nothing but kind and gentle, and didn't make me feel silly for being so nervous. So thank you to everyone at the office, you guys are great! :)
I normally have a great experience with Dr Hatch, however my recent visit, I was not impressed with the hygenist.

I've had two root canals done on the same tooth. Scripps Rock Dental, by far, did a better job of keeping me at ease and performing the procedure.
I absolutely loved it. I am usually scared of the dentist, however, they made it very comfortable. My hygienist knew the ins and outs of dentistry, didn't just say, " floss more", she really knew what was going on. I love this place, new patient for life! <3
I went in yesterday morning to have some repair work done on one filling as well as a new filling put in. I was dreading a long, painful procedure but it really wasn't too bad and Dr. Hatch did a great job as always.
The service was great and always is. I was bothered, however, with the lack of transparency and lack of explanation on the billing. After leaving last time, I was under the impression that given my prepaid credits I did not owe anything. I then received an email a couple of weeks ago that indicated I owed a balance (??!?). I tried to clarify this during my last visit, and paid, only to see on my new statement that I had a new balance. Personally, I like to leave a place knowing I don't owe anything.
