Came in last night and were seated at a table. Then for the next 25 minutes we were never served all while being continually passed by numerous waiters and by (who I think was) the manager. We were never even acknowledged. Not once. We finally got up from our table and left. Needless to say, we will never be back.

First time at scratch, ordered a Hawaiian pork sandwich and it came with pickled onions and a huge black hair. I did happen to notice when you looked into the kitchen the cooks we're not wearing hair nets and one of them had a big afro, so there you go.
I've eaten at Scratch many times, and always found it to be fantastic. Saturday night was exceptional, even by those standards. Our waitress, Gabby, was thoughtful, kind and proactive about multiple food-sensitivities and dietary restrictions at my table. This place keeps getting better.

The food is a surreal experience, the wait staff is witty and kind, and the live jazz covers were spot on. Perfect early brunch joint.
Quite good food and a great staff! I enjoyed eating there and they made sure all of us the big group I came with were well taken care of!
