A falling star? I have family in Norman who I visit whenever I can and going to Scratch had become almost a tradition. Last night we went to Scratch for dinner and could never get service. First I talked to the host. After waiting another 5-7 minutes, my sister spoke with him as well. If someone had at least come to our table and acknowledged us - saying, "Hey, I'll be with you in a minute." Or bringing us water. Actually any acknowledgement would have been great. If you want slow service and bad food, then this is your place! We had reservations at noon and didn’t get our food until after 1. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Good name though, Scratch, just scratched it’s name off my list.

The drinks were excellent, fresh squeezed juices. The food was wonderful & the service was prompt with insightful tips to our inquiries. We will definitely return!

Cute place, live jazz combo on Sunday. We were seated right in front of them so it was a bit hard to hear. Server wasn't the best at checking back, I had to ask the bartender for ketchup and extra chips for spinach dip came after meal was finished. Overall pretty good but room for improvement.
The food came to the table cold, the coffee was bitter. The 3 egg breakfast came with one small piece of store-bought toast with no jelly and we never received the fruit that was supposed to be part of the brunch. They tout that all food is prepared fresh on premise but we saw nothing served that was not obtainable at any other restaurant. Not a place I would go to again.
