0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Unless it’s through insurance. I will never recommend body shops. Prices are too insane. YouTube tutorials fix 90% of the issues. I guess that’s why body shops exist. To fix the remaining 10% and charge high. 3 Star : Repair Quality Took quite a while for what was ultimately a 1 day project. And for 8,000+ you would think it would be high up on the list. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality Unclear/vague communication throughout the whole process. Kept delaying pick up date without giving proper notice/reasoning unless I asked. Unusually long process (4.5 weeks) for minor rear damage. 3 Star : Customer Service They were friendly in person, but not very communicative throughout my repair process.
