STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We have hired Paul Scott Silvera who is the owner/principal of SCOUT. We wanted him to help us with our new home decoration and move. From the beginning he was very unreliable with his appointments, deadlines and promises. After he got done with new carpet installation, I paid him in FULL and then found out he overcharged us. This design firm is located in what used to be the commander's house when Liberty Station was an active military base. The historical 4,000 sq ft home is well-preserved. There is also a gift shop with very unique items including vintage games and a vintage typewriter and adding machine.
Do not hire this "Designer" or "Design" Company. They fall way short! The fact that they call themselves designers is a true misrepresentation. I hired Paul Silvera the owner of Scout Home Design to stage one of my properties prior to marketing it for sale. This is a new construction property (1745 W Montecito in San Diego) luxury modern with high end finishes.
