Very disappointed in service. Have been coming here for years. So note to anyone out there you will NOT be seen if you put you were hurt at work. Who cares if you don't want to file a workman's comp claim or just made the phrase work. IF YOU HAVE WORK IN THE STATEMENT THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU. ONLY WC. Complete bs if you ask me. How dare I want to use my own insurance. Way to go scoot n white in brenham. More reason to not trust them!!
Horrible experiences time and time again with this place. All staff is great but the actual doctor is horrible. He doesn’t do refills of prescriptions, he says to reach out using the portal but failed to mention that costs money (and our insurance doesn’t cover that). Lastly, we reached out to him when my husband was going through a tough time mentally, he did not take us seriously and 4 days later I had to have him hospitalized. He almost died and this doctor could have helped us, but didn’t!!!
Very happy with the services at this clinic. I see Dr Conner as my PCP and go to physical therapy on the second floor. Noa is very good. I deal with chronic pain and they are helping me to get control of it. Thank you all.
