I have been going to I'm for yrs. I've had no problems with him.
In the beginning everything went well. Second appointment, received no reminder of appointment call. The reason given was that they had my phone number in the system wrong. Third appointment, still did not receive a reminder of appointment call. I didn't think much about that because I keep up with my appointments very well. Luckily I do, because they do charge for missed appointments. Anyway, I get to the appointment and they tell me I do not have an appointment. I provide them with the appointment card THEY filled out.
