RecommendedScott Robinson service department is terrific. They provide great service, keep me informed as to what is happening with my car while I wait, and they have a really nice customer area to wait for your car, complete with a coffee bar and snacks! It's always a good experience to have my car serviced at Scott Robinson Torrance (the one on Del Amo and Hawthorne).

Darren and Tony were super helpful! I had gotten my car stolen Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon, I had a brand new car thanks to these guys. I was able to go to work the next day like nothing even happened. They were so accommodating to my financial concerns too. Appreciate it!! I love my Honda Insight!!!

I just purchased a Honda Insight Hybrid which is state of the art with 55 miles per gallon. The deal was excellent. Alex was my sales representative. He did an outstanding job of finding just the right car for me with payments I can afford. Margarita helped me very well. She was kind and well knowledgeable. She took care of my first service coupon with a smile and through in an additional complementary tire rotation. Called me right away when my car was done. When I came back to get my car, cashier attendant took care of me right away and my car was brought up right away. Glad to see that they used a seat cover and floor mat to protect my car. Overall had a very nice first visit. Appreciate that Scott Robinson Honda Service Department is open on Saturday.

Service was really excellent, I never had any problem. Any problem with my car they are quick to inform me and apply so many option to have it repair.
We bought our first Honda Civic from Scott Robinson Pontiac in 1975. One service writer named Lonnie. We have purchased 8 Hondas since that time. We love our cars. Service writers have come and gone, and Alex Garcia did a good job for us....but thank goodness you still have Darin Ishitani. We go where he is, and we have for at least 16 years.
