Yesterday, I was at Scott Robinson Honda to get some work done on leaking axles. I arrived about 10 minutes late for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. The service guy who assisted me was Alex. Alex indicated that it would be a couple of hours before they could check out the car and asked if I wanted to use the shuttle. I decided to wait. Around 12:00 noon, Alex came to me and stated that the axles were leaking and that they would need to replace them and that the car would not be ready until around 5:00 p.m. Again, he asked me if I ... read more
