I went to Scott ******** Jeep to purchase the Jeep I was leasing because the lease was up. Chrysler Capital emailed me the lease payoff which included the total cost I would need to pay to purchase the vehicle. I was told to take the lease payoff letter to any Jeep dealership and that I could pay the listed amount to the dealer for the car. Horrible, nightmare vehicle repair service experience. Took my vehicle in on X-XX-XX with a 9:45A.M. appointment to have the actuator changed in the driver's side sliding door. These optional additions are NOT optional. I was told by Chris that I HAD to pay for LoJack regardless because it is already installed... $1,500 for something I do not want. One of the non-optional additions isn't even installed on the car. Key replacement program? Really? You are going to force me to join a program? This is like a resort fee at a hotel only the hotel tells you up front. This is just a shady tactic to make up the difference in the sale price. Classic bait and switch tactics involving dishonesty, poor customer service, Scott ******** advertised price clearly read then at time of purchase disclosures 1) Clear Shield $495 2) Mopar EVTS $1395 , key replacement $395. All are added weather you want them or not. $40,521 but real price was $46,434.69 before taxes and license. Steer clear of this dishonest dealership, as they earned and deserve the D- rating from BBB

I had an issue with one of the infotainment screens not displaying correctly on my brand new 2021 Chrysler Pacifica (Things looked pixelated). I took my car into service at Scott ******** Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram on 1/19/2021. It took them a whole day for them to tell me that they needed to order a replacement part. The service department is is HORRIBLE! They do NOT communicate with customers. Every time I drop my car off it takes over 24 hours for them to even look at it (even with an appointment). They do not return phone calls and do not update you on the status of your car. I also have a service contract which entitles me to a rental once the car has been "diagnosed" but have never been offered a car AND can never get anyone to call me back to arrange one. Signed for a leased vehicle that I was told was able to tow my Airstream only to learn that the sales person was not correct about the tow capacity of the new Gladiators. Saw a vehicle online that we were very much interested in. Went out to Scott ******** Jeep in Torrance to test drive. The salesman was very helpful during the test drive. Pleased with the car we asked to move to the next step, informing him that we are already pre-approved through our credit union. I've been taking my vehicle to Scott ******** Ram for service for 4+ years as it is still under warranty and have grown more and more frustrated with their customer service. The last time we brought our car in it took over a month to complete very basic repairs and getting in touch with someone from the service department was impossible.
