As a loyal customer since of ********************** Ram it saddened me to even post this, if I could leave 0 stars I would. The service advisor and manager both should be fired for poor customer service. Service advisor **** ********* and manager Reu ***** both spoke to me as if they were dealing with a child. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I had a 2014 *** Promaster van that I would use as a camper. Living in *************, this location in ******** was the closest Dodge dealer so when I needed to get an issue with a pulling steering wheel checked out, I took it to an alignment shop that told me it probably had a faulty steering rack, but that I should take it to a Dodge dealer to verify that this wasn't a known issue. On 5/16 I drove down to ** from AZ for a wedding. On my way down to ********** my car started smoking and by the time I got to Paramount I knew I needed to drop off my car at a mechanic, so the closest dealership to me was *Scott Robinson* in ********. This is by far the worst dealer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life, Ive never met a business that was so unresponsive to customers needs. ****************** doesnt answer the phone. They just left the phone ring they dont address problems they hang onto your car for weeks on end only to have the problem resurface after you leave Complete. This dealership has been an ongoing nightmare from 2/7/24 to current. And it continue to be an Ongoing situation With there antics, procrastination, miscommunication, high pricing, inadequate management an service and failures.Doing any form of business transactions with this dealership..Wouldnt be in your best interest. Everything was a smooth transaction until we got to finance. The finance person, ***********************, was completely unprofessional, demeaning, aggressive, and sexist.He started pushing a higher warranty. I politely declined. His responses kept getting more and more aggressive each time I declined. He kept escalating the situation until my husband walked in the room, and then he backed off. They kept my car for ********************************************* $1,400 to fix it. The part was $550. So labor was around $900 an absolute rip off and if you go here dont expect any updated in 15 days I got 1 phone call and 1 text. I called them at least 14 times.
I leased my 2023 Wrangler Rubicon 4xe on Dec 29th. On Dec 31st, I was getting engine error issues and oil was burning. I brought it in for service, the agent I was working with said it may take some time to find the issue and arranged a rental car for me. Everything seemed to be going well. After 6 days or so they called me back and said they cant reproduce the issue and that everything appears fine. They did confirm they pulled error codes from the system and not sure what caused it. I was tricked into getting an oil change and service through an email from jeep. They offered an oil change for my eco diesel for $179. I gave the coupon with their address and book my service appointment through the same email. N After the service the dealership will not accept the coupon. Costing me and additional $289. This is the worst service department and not the first time they have bait and switch. Beware of Scott Robinson they are crooks.
