He wasn't very helpful with my mom's heart issues. Most of the time he didn't know how to make a decision so then he would blame her for her heart problems. if you are just a few minutes late his office makes you reschedule your appointment even though the office is empty.

I have always had great experience with Dr. Monnin. He listens to everything and is very thorough. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great physician and office!!
He is my mother's cardiologist. We both like his calm nature and willingness to take his time in listening to her concerns. He gives specific feedback in terms we can understand. He is willing to take her concerns into consideration rather than pushing his agenda.
We arrived only 5-7 minutes late to my husbands appointment and entered an empty waiting room. The receptionist was really rude to us as we signed him in and got out his insurance card, she said, I will have to go see if he will still see you! Why, would he not see him? She said, because you are 10 minutes late! The other receptionist just sat there like it was okay to treat and stress a heart patient like that. She came back and said that he could only see him at the end of the day.
Dr. Monnin is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He is very thorough and cares about me as as a patient. I have never felt rushed and I've always been treated with respect by him. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a cardiologist.
