From making the initial appointment then meeting the doctor and team then surgery and finally physical therapy. Every one is friendly and helpful.
Excellent experience and outcome with Dr Miller. At the first appointment he answered all my questions and repeatedly asked if I had any more. Uses a smartphone app to stay in daily contact before and after surgery and allowed me to ask further questions (answered in 1-2 days). Had bilateral hip replacement, walked the day of surgery, only one night hospital stay and no walker/cane needed after one week. Viera Hospital staff were professional and friendly.
I had been to 2 other ortho Dr’s before Dr Miller & they misdiagnosed me. Dr Miller is confident, competent & I felt at ease with him. It is a good feeling to trust your Dr. I needed a partial knee replacement & he performed the surgery beautifully. I also like his team... including his PA & all other staff.
THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS SO MUCH MORE ORGANIZED THAN I THOUGHT POSSIBLE. WE HAVE ALL HEARD THE HORROR STORIES... SO WRONG. ALMOST NO PAIN, WALKING W/ WALKER THE SAME DAY, I WENT TO A MOVIE IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. PEDALING A STATIONARY BIKE IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. GREAT DOCTOR, GREAT STAFF. NOT ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT. NOT ONE.
I have suffered knee pain for almost 15 years. Kept playing ball until "bone on bone" in both knees finally made me cry "uncle". I talked to a lot of guys over time about their experiences with various physicians and concluded long ago that Dr. Miller would be the one to do total knee replacement for me. Dr. Miller and his staff were very professional and encouraging from the initial consultation on through and beyond surgery. I will ask him to do the next TKR pretty soon.
Dr. Miller was very informative and patient with questions you asked him. His bed side manor was down to earth. Before my surgery everyone kept telling me that he will have you up and walking in no time. This is very true,he did! Excellent surgeon. Would highly recommend.
He listens to you and speaks to you on your level. He is compassionate and takes his time. Never feel rushed. Very thorough.
Dr. Miller and his team are Down to hearth and tell you like it is. They are so friendly and have a quick but friendly bedside manner. The health loop they have is GREAT. I feel as if I am in touch with them and that they really do care about my care. I would recommend Dr. Miller and his team to anyone getting Mako Knee replacement.
My care, from beginning to end, has been professional, fully supportive and completely reassuring that I made the right choice when choosing Doctor Miller and his team for my surgical procedure. Thank you for your surgical skill, professionalism and complete and thorough care.
