Dr. Miller and his medical team are great. They are straight shooters with the information I needed too achieve a very successful pre-op, surgery and post-op. They made sure that I was an active participant in my health decisions. My part was to achieve a specific weight and BMI prior to surgery to prepare for a highly successful recovery and therapy. Dr. Miller's healthcare team has joint replacement down to a science. All I had to do was listen to what they told me to do, read the resources that they provided, do the things that were my part, and then trust (on the day of surgery and during my recovery) their expertise to work the way they taught me it would. I definitely would recommend Dr. Miller as I have had 2 knee replacements done by him robotically. Both of my knees feel great and I wished I had done sooner. He is the Best in Town and has this all down to perfection! His PT department is the Best also and Chis & Dan will have your knees back to normal in no time!! Dr Miller performed a total hip replacement. Other than some muscle soreness, I had little to no pain.
He and his team have taken care of me for several years now. In the beginning supporting me with injections to both my knees. Ultimately now the first of both knee replacements. No surprises everything has been as explained and expected.
Dr. Miller puts you at ease immediately. The surgery isn't nearly as bad as anticipated and he appeared competent and compassionate during the process. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the wait time in his office. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen for my initial appointment, and no one came out to acknowledge the delay. A smooth running office staff. Felt very at ease about my surgery thanks to their pre-surgery care. Dr Miller was very thorough and informative in his care. My knee replacement surgery went better than I was expecting and hospital after care and rehab excellent. If I have to have my other knee or hip done in future, I’d go back to Dr Miller 100%.
Very thorough in explaining a hip replacement in my preoperative appointment, and post operative, he was very attentative to my family as well as me. Clyde, the Nurse Practitioner is amazing as well. Dr Miller and his staff never made me feel like a number.
