The entire scheduling and office operation for a colonoscopy is a frustrating mess....website, patient portal, scheduling, non-professional office staff. But once they call your name and escort you through the door, the medical part is great. Everyone back there, including Dr. MacKenzie, was friendly, explained everything and gave clear and detailed answers to questions. They all seemed to enjoy their work. This was my third visit in the last 10 years with Doctor MacKenzie and his team and entire experience is always efficient and effortless. I’m very thankful for their care. Only challenge this time around was an old work email caused me to not have all the proactive communication I was looking for so I had to reach out last minute to confirm some details. Wonderful doctor- listened to all my symptoms and thoroughly went through everything. Same day report and what to expects as far as biopsy results timing.
This was a very smooth and efficient experience. The entire staff, including Doctor Mackenzie, were very friendly and the procedure was completed in a timely manner
Nursing staff is wonderful, very caring! I have been a patient of Dr Mackenzie for years and highly recommend him! The team has a professional bedside manner and answered all of my questions.I also liked the detailed instructions you send via email for colonoscopy prep, handy to refer to during prep.
