Dr explained entire procedure!
The nurse, Corrine at checkin was very professional, answered questions before I asked them . Very thorough. Thank you! Anesthesiologist was just as professional, sorry i forgot her name. Adrian assistant to Dr. MacKenzie was also very kind. I saw Dr MacKenzie 9 years ago for my last colonoscopy and hope to see him again in 10 years for a follow up! Very pleased with the entire team and my outcome! Thank you all!

Dr MacKenzie was very kind and patient, answering all my questions. After my procedure, he explained what he did and indicated everything was successful. The entire staff, from reception to recovery was super nice and accommodating.
The entire scheduling and office operation for a colonoscopy is a frustrating mess....website, patient portal, scheduling, non-professional office staff. But once they call your name and escort you through the door, the medical part is great. Everyone back there, including Dr. MacKenzie, was friendly, explained everything and gave clear and detailed answers to questions. They all seemed to enjoy their work. Dr. MacKenzie and the entire team took tremendous care of me on my recent visit. They are personable, caring, and committed to patient care at the highest level. Highly recommend.
