I was born with cavus feet (super high arches is the hallmark) that increasingly caused pain to the point where I couldn't walk without wincing. Friendly and on time with office visit. Also does a good job at explaining what your procedures will be if needed.
Dr Hoffman did a great job of providing me all of the available options and resources to try to fix tendon issues without surgery. When I decided to go forward with surgery, he did an outstanding job and located the problem that was not totally detected in Xrays so I am so happy I went the surgery route instead of continuing to live with pain. He and his staff were knowledgeable and caring and I feel fantastic 2 weeks post-op (despite a long recovery)!
Dr. Hoffman performed a procedure on an ingrown nail that was infected . I was very nervous going into my appointment, but Dr. Hoffman and his staff were very informative and put me at ease. The procedure was much easier than I expected and I had very little pain after!
Dr. Hoffman was like 6-7 ortho, ankle doc seen. Recommended by guy who had surgery done by him- very successful. I had a ankle joint replacement Aug. 5, 19. He‘s personable, listens, asked questions & answered All of mine & explained everything to me, why he felt this was the best choice for me. Others did not, that was Main problem for me. Dr. Hoffman and his staff have been very helpful for me. I have been off work with terrible pain in my heel. I have seen Dr. Hoffman 2 times and have made a great deal of progress.
Thirteen days ago, I saw him for a second opinion on my chronic ankle pain & swelling. He gave me an injection. Since then, my pain has not gone below "6"!!! I'm NEVER going back to him!
Addendum to my previous review: 100% will recommend Dr. Hoffman to family and friends. As a retired OB RN, I ran constantly during my 12 hour night shifts and that did a number on my feet. I suffered with pain, bunions, and a hammertoe. Dr. Hoffman discussed what was needed to be done and I am so thankful for him. That was 3 years ago!! I had no regrets and no problems.
