Dr Kendrick has fantastic bed side manors and he really does a great job on listening to your issues. Highly recommend,?it’s worth the wait plus he’s like every business trying to keep good staff.
Most staff members are kind and very attentive. The wait time is slow expect 3 to 5/hours nurses should be more honest about unexpected wait time, of course it’s expected, due to complications of others patients, not telling the real wait time is a reason to not trust the clinic. We’re hurting but know you’re there to help. Young nurses or nurses aids have not learned to reframe from talking about patients behind their back. They overbook their appointments. Appointment times mean nothing to this facility, you could have an appointment at 12:30 and then you get seen at 3:00, leave at 4:30. They do not care about your time, and they do not respect your day. The most unprofessional scheduling I have ever seen! Edit: still here, and guess what! Their staff is incredibly rude too! I just overheard the employees in the hallway talking about my grandmother (by name), and how she wouldn't "shut up"! This place needs a severe work up with their staff.
