TBH I was prepared to not really like him bc I had heard he wasn’t very engaging but I found that not to be true. He was engaging all the while taking care of business. I don’t need someone to hold my hand I just need someone to fix me so I can walk but I left there with a really good feeling about the level of care that I received. From initial scheduling through post-op release I received quality care. Telephone appt schedulers work hard to accommodate patient needs, especially when you need to cancel & reschedule. Front office checkin is smooth & quick especially when you do online checkin. Wait times are minimal. Nursing & radiology staff are qualified & caring. Dr S Dunitz & J. Dr Dunitz is a great Dr. His experience and his explanation of how your surgery will go and length of recovery is spot on.. You will need to do the exercises recommended before your surgery. These exercises are too help and speed up your recovery. I didn't do the exercises as I should have the first time and it only took once for me to get what he was saying. Hip replacement from car wreck 2008, 2 revisions 2021 & 2022…I was fine, then I was not, I suspect a fall into my couch! He stuck with me, didn’t blame me, I was a puzzle, but he figured it out, & even though I went home in a very un comfy brace! He took good care of me, got me in their PT, & now I am wonderful, 67, walking a mile with my Great Dane, & do a daily hour exercise regime. Have lost a bunch of weight, can’t wait to ride my sea Doo & snow ski this coming year!!! I feel related to him practically, he is the bomb!!!

Dr. Dunitz replaced my left knee, no problems at all. I’m now scheduled for my right knee replacement.
