Dr. Hallgren and his staff were outstanding. They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly for my procedure (colonoscopy). The technicians, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Hallgren all introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing. Dr. Hallgren called back a fews day later to give me the results. My wife was so impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Hallgren and his staff that she will scheduling her colonoscopy with Dr Hallgren when it becomes due.
Doctor's office never got back to me with my results. I had to book appointment way in advance!
My surgeon recommended Dr. Hallgren after I failed to find a great gastro doctor in the Boulder, Denver area... after seeing two substandard doctors at National Jewish and Denver Digestive (5 years of pain and appointments and procedures). Dr. Hallgren figured out my issue and had it under control within two months. I recently sent one of my acupuncture patients to him and he diagnosed & fixed there severe abdominal pain after one appointment and one month of treatment. Rare and Excellent Dr.
I liked Dr. Hallgren good guy/very thorough. I couldn't deal with the staff/billing dept. I called after my initial appt. to get a price on my upcoming colonoscopy. I'm a self pay patient so i need a price. I called my wifes doctors billing and got a price I'm not a patient but i still rec'd a prompt answer. I called Centura's Billing and was told to call back - office closed due to a meeting. No Problem- I called back after it reopened - message- hold for 25 minutes? I called the front desk fo
Staff scheduled me. They got my phone and email. But when I arrived they wouldn't take me because they said I was a new patient. But I had been there before? They couldn't find me in the system? They said they tried to call but the number wasn't good? Wasted my time and made lame excuses to cover up their incompetence. Why couldn't they email me?
