I can honestly say that seeing Dr. Scott Newcomer was my first chiropractic experience and I was a bit leery. I can say that his professionalism, compassion, and efficacy is remarkable. He listens to your problems and takes the time to answer any of your questions or concerns without hesitation. I suffered from neck pain that caused me daily headaches. Dr. N is a pretty good chiropractor overall ( a bit painful) but their billing person Tammy does not understand the difference or concepts between co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, etc (and is not nice about it whatsoever, says she knows it all because of doing it 25 yrs). ROYALLY screwed up my insurance and ended up with huge bill when I had asked over and over to pay my normal co-pay (as I always had for any previous medical appts) every visit but was told I owed nothing for MANY weeks.Was told they were in network but a... read more

Dr. Newcomer is very professional and easy to talk to. Explains everything clearly and answers all your questions. A+ experience. Assistants are so nice and treat you like a person and not like a number. Thank you.
