On arriving I was checked in quickly and efficiently. Tommy Hall explained the process for my 10K mile service for my RAVE4. Libby was gracious enough to demonstrate the features of this car that were not done when it was purchased (a different dealership). Now Siri has been properly loaded and I can use GPS.

Don't expect any service after the sale...and don't use the "chat "bot" that's a fake person...you'd be wasting your time. Scott Clark sucks!!!
