I called Saturday to verify that the service department had a technician capable of servicing my 5.0 titan Cummins diesel. The service writer told me I need to return my vehicle to the correct manufacturer for service. HELLO it's a Nissan titan that I purchased there. They can improve by firing their dishonest, underhanded, slippery service advisor Nigel Young. Tried to pull the wool over my eyes a few weeks ago when I came in for a coolant flush, spark plugs and an oil change. He had told me he would give me a deal a couple days before that when I was in for brakes. The day I went to get it done he gave me the printed estimate of what I asked for. You have to be kidding me. My 74 year old Mother had her car serviced today and none of your staff were wearing masks. When she asked, she was told that “they weren’t required to”.
