Excellent service i was in and out with my new truck no hassle no headache
I asked the dealer representative I was emailing 3 times for an out the door price and finally got something.
I went to purchase a new 2025 nissan kicks ** which the dealer did not have the color choice so they said able to obtain at another dealership and arranged for transport on Oct 5 2024 and took a $2000 deposit on my **** card.I was told the car would arrive on Oct 7 ...on Oct 9 I called to see if arrived and was informed it was in an accident and was no longer available. They said they were refunding my credit card and provided 2 refund receipts in the *** of 1800 and 200 to equal the 2000 deposit.. I was told refunds go out ... read more
tried to bully me into signing a document I had no idea what it was for. Their answer pretty much was sign it or your not getting the car, because everyone has to sign it.I have purchased many cars over the years and never seen this form before. Their sales people and sales manager really had no Idea either, that was the saddest part.No one deserves to be treated this way, so I got up and walked out without purchasing the vehicle. Do not give this dealership your phone number! They called me 17 times within 3 days. I had to speak with the Director and had him take me off the do no call/email list. 3 months later they have another used vehicle I’m interested in, I inquire about it and do not give out my number but a fake one and I get 5 phone calls following and text messages and I ask how they even got this number. They said I’ve given them the number before so they called. I message the director again and he said that the BDC manager is getting fired... read more
Scott Clark Nissan is not the place to buy a car. The customer service is terrible. They tell you one price but then charge you more. I know I was overcharged for the vehicle I purchased in 2022 and thats why I still owe so much on it . Now they dont want to trade it out for me, but want to put me in a new one. I dont want to keep this one and buy a new one too. I can barely afford the one I got ripped off for. And if you wont trade me out for something else, then stop sending me emails.

If I could give it half a star or even less I would. I went there to lease a car. Drove out of the dealership and 5 weeks went by hearing nothing from NMAC (the finance company). Went on the Nissan Finance Website to see if I could log in as I knew that it's been a month and they'd be expecting a payment from me. My Social, VIN for the car and name were not recognized at all.
