why take appointments if it is going to take 2 hours to do a simple oil change? and why not let me know it will take that long? was almost late for my trip out of town.
I was able to get a same day appointment for a software update. It was a busy Friday and yet my car was ready at the promised time. The staff was courteous and professional from start to finish.
Worst Customer service ever.
I would like to say John McCullough and Melissa were fabulous to work with, from the minute we walked in the door until today when I left with my new car the customer service was impeccable. I was very nervous buying my 1st new car ( always had used cars) these two representatives made my car buying experience fantastic I will always rave about my experience, and recommend them to everyone.

Always very professional. However the oil change did take a bit longer this service then in the past.
