Mr. Dr. Kipp has been a terrific Dr. to our son. Dr. Kipp does not mince words- and we like that! He's all business but not intimidating to our son. We appreciate his constant concern for our son's well-being.

We love Dr. Deardorf! I have been taking my children (5 of them) to Dr. Deardorf since 1988 when my first was born (he is 22 now!) and I have never had a problem with him or Palo Verde Pediatrics' doctors. Dr. Deardorf has gone out of his way to help us in emergency and non-emergency situations. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else! I hope he doesn't retire before my 12 year old is an adult.

horrible bedside manner I believe he is one of the worst pediatricians in the valley. He is rude and condescending to parents. I have 2 teenagers and decided to try him with my 3rd child. (she is 13 years younger than the other 2). I even work in the pediatric field and he felt he needed to lecture me on carseats and sleeping on her belly and bouncy chair safety. I felt like I was the stupidest person ever. His office staff is something to be desired as well. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Uncaring at Palo Verde Pediatrics I am a first time mom, so I'm not sure exactly what I need to do to get started. I called Palo Verde and the receptionist there was very callous and rude. I don't know about you, but if I can't even get a few questions answered or even listened to on a call like mine; God forbid my child was an actual patient there. I want a place that is kind, considerate and will listen. You won't find that here.

Dr. Kipp and Palo Verde Pediatrics our longtime doctors Our family has had no problems with Dr. Kipp or Palo Verde Pediatrics in all the years (over 15, 5 kids) that they've been our pediatricians. I think all of the partners in this group are completely trustworthy, competent, caring doctors; it's just that some have better bedside manners than others. As long as my kids are getting good healthcare, I'm not too worried about that aspect being perfect. I've never been rushed or ignored, although waiting all day for a call ba... read more

Uncaring and Callous-_Dr. Kipp We have only seen Dr. Kipp 5 times. I will never take my girls there again. One of my children had been sick for 2 weeks with what started out as cold symptoms. SHe began complaining of headaches, and had a wheezy cough, and alot of congestion. He did a fast check and barely looked at her throat. He said she just had a cold. I told him then what was I to do. He said that a cold can last days, weeks, or months and just to use a humidifier. I couldn't believe it. Then my other daughter had a stye... read more

Horrible!!! Our experience with PV was awful. Dr. Kipp didn't want to take the time to thoroughly meet with us and discuss our concerns. This was especially egregious since our son has since been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Dr. Kipp dismissed our concerns about trouble eating, weight loss, lack of head control, and missing milestones. For the first six months of our son's life Dr. Kipp missed many key signs that things were wrong with our son. Things got so bad that we decided to take our son to the ER where he was admitt... read more

Great experience for 5 years and still going!! We have been very pleased with Palo Verde Peds. We found them by luck and interviewed our primary care doc (Dr. Mike Perlstein). He took the time to meet with us and answer all of our new parent questions. Our daughter is now 5 and she loves Dr.Mike. Our 1 year old now also sees him too. Dr. Mike has always given us time and has never rushed us out the door. The nurses are super too! They are always kind. We have had experiences with Dr. Chang and Dr. Kipp and thought they were ... read more
