Took my car in for an MVI - during the drive home I noticed grease marks on my headliner. I called and was told as long as I got there before 5 pm they could assess it. Showed up before 5 and they closed 10 min early!- AFTER THEY KNEW I WAS COMING. Beyond poor way to treat both my car and myself.
