I had a 3pm appointment for a mvi. 5 mins before they even started they needed my permit, me bad. But the receptionist said if I get home and back in 15 mins they could still do it. Great BUT despite my best efforts I was 3 mins late. However, All but one bay was empty. Maybe there is no money in doing a safety inspection? I understand that it was my fault for not having the permit in my car but, 3 mins late. Sorry too late!!!!UNBELIEVABLE. Off my Christmas card list.

Found the leak and fixed it immediately. I called driving back from my cottage and they saw me right away! Great team work and excellent customer service!
Have you ever been asked to pay $2,000 for installing a rear brake caliper? I suppose if you drove a Lamborghini but I have a 2014 Fiat 500L. At least the service desk person was honest " we have select suppliers we are approved to buy from". In other words, if your vehicle is not on the list be prepared to run away from this shop or any of the other Scotis Tire centre's. You see, the customer is not the center of their business.
