Great! My doctor is there!
Dr. Gracia is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen and really makes you feel cared for. We feel very lucky to have her as our doctor!
I had an appointment at 9:30am to meet my new family doctor, Dr. Gracia. I waited patiently for an hour. When I checked back with the receptionist, I was told I had been skipped. I waited until 11am, an hour and a half, and still had not been called so I left. I will be put back on the family doctor waiting list for a different clinic that is more attentive to their patients.
Was in the office 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, waited over an hour but was never called for my appointment, I had to leave to get to work on time so I asked to reschedule since the doctor couldn't see me now and they claimed it was a "no show" and sent me a bill for $75!! I WAS THERE!! The letter claims "the appointment time could have been used by other patients" NO IT COULDN'T! I WAS THERE FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND THE DOCTOR WASN'T! He should pay me $75 for the hour and a half I wasted in his waiting room
