Very poor appointment management. We have booked a meet and greet appointment 45days in advance for Sep 30. I have called them a week prior to re confirm our appointment date and time but when we arrived the receptionist has mentioned that the appointment is booked for Oct 30th and they cannot accommodate today. It is frustrating and we took few hours off from work. No proper appointment booking and alerting mechanism.
