Was in the office 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, waited over an hour but was never called for my appointment, I had to leave to get to work on time so I asked to reschedule since the doctor couldn't see me now and they claimed it was a "no show" and sent me a bill for $75!! I WAS THERE!! The letter claims "the appointment time could have been used by other patients" NO IT COULDN'T! I WAS THERE FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND THE DOCTOR WASN'T! He should pay me $75 for the hour and a half I wasted in his waiting room
the worst most horrible health clinic ive been to in my entire life. they NEVER answer the phone. EVER. the staff are all rude and completely ignorant. every single experience ive had here has been genuine hell. ive been going here for years but the health care system is so crappy i cant find a new family doctor anywhere. i can say without a doubt that i genuinely hate this place and the people eho work there. they should be ashamed.
