Staff is amazing and understanding, very tolerable when dealing with upset customers and knowledgeable and Im sure just like most jobs in NS that the staff there is overworked and underpaid but that being said, I don't know anyone there on a personal level so I have no idea what the workers there are paid and have no idea how much money they make, but from a person who knows that look on ones face and look in their eyes, point is, they just need some respect never be afraid to tell them thanks and give them a tip
