As a first-time homebuyer, I was thoroughly impressed with the detail and care I was provided with. Erik breaks everything down so clearly and offers a wealth of information. The website is so detailed and transparent about the inspection process. The appointment was a little far out because of availability but we got the information we needed just in time thanks to an impressive turn-around time. I don't know how he does it but this was the most thorough and beautiful report I've ever seen.
We've used Erik many times and he's the best! I trust him implicitly and he's always given us sound advice during the home purchase process.
