SeaRay – I have been a fan and client of Simone for close to 10 years. I have never trusted any stylist with hair color more than her. Her recomendations are always on the nose as she has a great eye for complimentary coloring. I have given her business cards away for many years as a result of compliments on my hair. She also gives a great cut, both short and long. She has cut my husband's hair as long as she has mine, and as we reside on the Norhern Neck of VA, it's no trip "around the block" to see her. I'm thinking Red... – I made an appointment with Simone based on a recommendation from a male friend. I was merely looking to get a trim, but she sat me down and explained the current state of my hair (sun bleached) before she even got her hands into it. I've been to a wide range of salons from the cheap to the over-the-top, and no one took the time to discuss with me what was going on. Exceptional customer service with style! – While visiting Richmond, fate brought me to the steps of Scissors. What has brought me back as a regular client(from out of state) is the great style, color, personalized tips and follow-up. Yes, the owner, stylist really cares if you are happy with the results! Walked out feeling special. – I was recommend by a friend and was very impressed with the level of service I received. The salon was very quaint & comfortable, unlike some of those sterile salons out there. I've never been complemented about my hair so much, now I know what "color specialist" means.
