Excellent! Always Excellent! My son referred him to me several years ago when I felt the need for a change from my previous. I’ve been very happy with Dr Liu and most grateful to my son.
They are very polite and casual.
Just established care, complex handover from another doctor regarding an ongoing mental health issue, he was really understanding and took plenty of time to understand what is going on. A very thoughtful fellow. Very happy and glad I found him — changing docs doesn’t always go so smoothly.
Dr. Liu is both professional & personable. He is ready to listen and respond to your questions or concerns. He has been my physician for about 3 yrs now and is the best one I’ve ever had. I would, and have, highly recommended him to my friends and family. The rest of the staff at Five Points Physicians are top notch as well. An all around well-run practice, in my opinion.
Dr Liu listens and helps the patient make a decision about their care and medications. He answers questions completely and asks if you need more information. Dr Liu never hurries the interaction whether in person or on Telehealth. I highly recommend him to friends whenever appropriate.
Dr. Coyle takes the time necessary to hear what I’m experiencing and to make sure I fully understand options. She was always spot on in identifying how to meet my needs. And she’s very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Coyle and the whole COPC family of healthcare providers
She is a good communicator and gives her best advice.
Dr Liu is very attentive to the patient. A skilled listener beyond his years. His assessments and medical responses are top notch.
Dr. Liu treats me like a person. He explains things in real world terms I can understand. He is genuine, straightforward, and honest. I cannot recommend him enough.
