Extremely cold demeanor. Rushes the appointment. I only saw her once and that was one too many for me - I actually left feeling worse than I did when I arrived. Definitely would not recommend.
Dr. Liu has been my PCP since 2020 and I cannot recommend him enough. He’s thorough, empathetic, and has excellent bedside manner. None of my appointments feel rushed and I feel comfortable and confident bringing my concerns to him without the fear of being judged or dismissed. He is intentional with his approach to finding solutions to medical concerns (suggests bloodwork to get to the root, doesn’t just throw prescriptions at a problem, asks inquisitive follow up questions, etc. ). Dr Coyle is my go to physician. I respect her opinions and trust her in my treatment. She has been my doctor since my original doctor stepped down. I have not looked back since she became my doctor. She’s the best in my opinion!
I have been a patient of Dr. Liu’s since he joined 5 Points COPC, and have been with the practice for over 15 years. He is everything you’d want in a Dr.; highly knowledgeable, intelligent, kind, thoughtful, patient-centered, insightful and oh so funny! I may not always be feeling my best when I find myself in his office. But I always look forward to the visit and very much enjoy my visits with Dr. Liu and staff!
Dr. Liu provided an excellent diagnosis by carefully and thoughtfully listening to my symptoms. He has been an excellent physician for my family for several years. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Liu came to a practice I had been with since the day I was born and after my previous doctor retired, Dr. Liu took his place. I thought I would give him a chance as I had known no other doctors. He has proven to be a completely amazing doctor, that cares highly about his patients and takes his time everytime I am in for a visit and listens to all of my concerns! I feel I am in great hands and highly recommend!
Excellent first visit with Dr. Liu. He truly knows his stuff. His knowledge was up to date and detailed. He was patient, kind, truly took his time. Answered all of my questions and kept asking me if there is anything else he could do. He was willing to answer the old question - What would you do if you were me? Dr. Coyle is with the same practice as my PCP so she saw my chart for background, but this visit was a first encounter for both of us. I appreciate all the time she gave me to learn how I became ill the previous day. She helped me understand the sequence of symptoms I reported and what I might expect to happen as my health was beginning to improve.
