Dr. Liu is friendly, professional, and always takes as much time as I need for my appointments. Highly recommend!
She's cold and basically deaf when it comes to listening to her patients. She's one of those that's backed up to the door with her hand on the knob while you're still talking. If I could do zero or less, I would. Quite possibly the worst physician in the State of Ohio. Don't let her change of address fool you. She's still horrible, but on the upside, at least her reception staff has been a major upgrade. Patient of 7+ years. I should have fired her a long time ago.
Dr. Liu is the best primary care doctor that I have ever had. He listens to your concerns and then gives you a short list of options that he recommends for treatment. My girlfiend may be switching doctors to see him too, becuase she has seen 3 different doctors who won't take responsibility for her care needs. Dr. Liu first trys to care for his patient's needs before pushing them off to expensive specialists.
Dr. May is very knowledgeable, takes time to hear your concerns and works to solve your issues. He is friendly and approachable.

I've been going to Scioto View Family Practice since I was a kid. I always loved Dr. Broyles. When he retired I switched to Dr. Liu. He seems mostly competent but as of today I've decided to change doctors. The staff surrounding the doctors are just straight up rude. The scheduling staff acts as if I'm bothering them every time I call. When I come into the office they usually ignore me for a five minutes before they actually acknowledge that I'm standing right in front of them.
I really appreciate Dr. Coyle. She spends time with you and listens to your concerns and if you need additional testing for diagnostic purposes, she will recommend those and have you come back to the office and discuss a plan of action.
Worst experience I've ever had with a physician. He lacked important knowledge about the medications prescribed, never returned phone calls, and had a concerning lack of caring when it came to my health and well being. In addition, his inexperience dealing with patients showed with his off-putting and condescending bedside manner that left me wondering how he was able to get a position with the group he practices with. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere when considering a new doctor.
