He takes the time to explain clearly in layman’s terms what the injury or ailment involves & specifically how it will be treated. He showed the X-rays and explained clearly where the fracture is located as well as the specific treatment plan and the recovery timeline for the bone healing and the follow up plan of physical therapy. He’ll tell you what or if surgery or other options are appropriate based on multiple medical screening tools then let you decide. His surgical techniques are superb. Follow up and therapy is excellent with no more or less than needed.
