All my appointments in the New Rochelle office have been wonderful. All the staff are always helpful and friendly. Also I personally never waited long to be seen. However in my experience some patients go to their appointments super early so of course the waiting is longer. PS Dr. Patricia Ceballos is the BEST!!!!!

Ethan PA-C is the best! He knows his stuff and truly cares about his patients! His passion shines through his work ethic and his interaction with his patients and colleagues. Additionally, the staff are warm, welcoming, and charismatic! Not to mention they get your skin where it needs to be !
Clean waiting and exam rooms, hospitable and friendly staff! The PA Nicole Finn is awesome and the receptionist (sorry her name escapes me right now) is so warm and inviting! Ease with making last minute appointments and also changes due to my up and down availability! I definitely recommend the Lawton Street location!
