My hygienist was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable and should be commended for her work.. however, the office manager is atrocious. Condescending, rude and above all unprofessional. my family has been going to this dentist practice for 38 years. I have missed multiple appointments (which I was charged for.)and forgot to reschedule just due to”LIFE”.That is on me.. Apparently, it’s too much for the office manager and doctor Schupack. If I could give more then five stars I would! I have been traveling an hour to see Dr. Schupack for many years. I am very satisfied with the care I get at this practice. Dr. Schupack is very professional, with every visit I feel he treats my oral health with the utmost importance. The practice is clean, friendly, and always up to date. Dr. Schupack is a genuinely excellent dentist.
I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional and am not one to hastily post a bad review. I introduced myself to this dentist with a handshake and he jumped right into berating me about preventative X-rays without even asking or letting me explain why they are not right for our family, absent necessity.
