Everyone is very pleasant and helpful.
My experience was excellent today.
I am 70 years old, have been under the care of probably 10 dentists in my lifetime, and Dr Schoen is the best I've ever had as far as care, professionalism and providing information. His assistants and office staff are equally professional.
Had an unexpected problem with a tooth and was seen within hours of calling. Dr Schoen worked on my tooth through his lunch hour to get me through until further work could be done!!!! Greatly appreciated!!!!'
When I called to ask for an appointment because my tooth hurt, the receptionist was very pleasant and got me in to see the dentist very quickly.

I have come to "Schoen" for 4-5 summer periodontics cleanings now and have never had anything but an excellent experience...very thorough....very nice people. I live in Florida, summer in Rochester and come to Wabasha for my summer cleanings...it's what I do.
