Sunday at 11:30... tried buying a couple balloons. After waiting in floral for a bit for someone to help us, we asked a bagger if she could get someone to help us. She said no, you have to go to service desk to ask. We went to the service desk and asked for help. As we passed back by that same bagger she said floral was closed so we couldn't buy any balloons today. A lot of run around, when a simple sign in floral would have done the trick. Not happy with the service!
