I appreciate the fact that you are upgrading your computer system. Where I work, we are constantly upgrading our computer system. I still think that you need to provide medical care for those patients who walk in your doors sick and not advise them that you cannot see them for four days. Especially after the person tells you that they've been sick for 2 weeks. Very poor customer service!
