Schmucker's has been a family-owned and operated Toledo dining tradition since 1948. Originally opened by Harvey and Nola Schmucker, the diner is currently run by the third generation of Schmuckers. The service was fine....the roast beef was fine but you could of added a little more beef and less potatoes... that was enough potatoes for 2! The lemon pie was nasty... seriously.... the top was grayish underneath? Watery... the pie itself was rubbery!! Wasn't even sweet let alone taste like lemon... I've had the apple crumb and the strawberry.... was not impressed...would I come back... no.... 6 yrs ago the food and pies were awesome... what happened...
Always friendly waitresses, delicious food. You usually have to wait a short time for a table, because folks know that the wait is worth it! Yummy!!!!
