Schmucker's has been a family-owned and operated Toledo dining tradition since 1948. Originally opened by Harvey and Nola Schmucker, the diner is currently run by the third generation of Schmuckers. Awesome awesome awesome! Food, service and the friendliest people ever!
The food is great & the pies are to die for! Fast service & very friendly.
Went there for the first time yesterday, food was delicious, in fact my burger was flavorful the way they used to be 50 years ago. Quantities were huge and prices were reasonable. Service was 5 star, our waitress was back several times and the manager even stopped by to see how everything was. We will be going back.
It was our first time, loved the -1948 old school diner, loved the food-great taste and especially the homemade fries ! The pies too! Friendly folks; so to recap-great atmosphere, great food & service.
I was visiting my friend Chris from Pioneer, a few weeks ago, he was taking me to the Amtrak station for my return to Lancaster County PA. Lots of Smuckers here, lol... he said we are going for Turkey, my fav. We got there and they had one serving left, we split it, was delicious. Loved your place. Will be back. Terry, Ephrata, PA....
