My parents (elderly) were in a serious accident and the tow truck driver was great to deal with however that is where it ended. He was not given correct info about what would be needed when we came to recover personal items, he was told incorrect info about payments by insurance companies, and one of the owners (female) was very rude and impolite with him while he was trying to take care of the bill and salvage of a vehicle that they had to be extricated from. My son and I both experienced this with him so he was not alone. ... read more
